Our acceptance of an order takes place on despatch of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged for your order.
Making A Purchase: Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside of the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency at your card providers prevailing exchange rate, detailing the original amount in UK Sterling Pounds.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Tax Charges: For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added and shown against all products.

Returns Policy: We want you to feel satisfied every time you shop at The Gun Cupboard. If, for any reason, the item arrives with you damaged or is unacceptable, we will make every effort to rectify the situation to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

However, we know that on occasion you may want to return items. If an item is damaged, please notify us via email within 7 days of receiving it.

When returning an item -

Products returned from outside the UK must be marked 'British Returned Goods' and a duly completed customs declaration must be affixed, stating that the products are being returned as they are either faulty, unwanted or for repair. If the correct documentation is not completed the Customer may be liable for any Customs or Import duties charged. We reserve the right not to accept any parcel which has a customs charge payable on it.
